Harvey is a large dog who pretends to be brave, but is scared of lots of things - particularly children. Henry, a little boy, also pretends to be brave, but is afraid of 'monsters, getting lost, and the dark' - and of dogs! As the two live next door to each other, this is a problem. During a storm, they find themselves in the dark together and learn to depend on each other to cope with their fears. The full-page, chalky pictures are original and realistic and superbly presented with integrated text. Excellent for general fears as well as those specifically to do with dogs.
