Best of Enemies, Best of Friends ISBN: 9780750265690

This compilation of poems by many different authors covers the problem of bullying in a unique way. It is divided into three sections. The first contains poems about bullying; the second shows us how difficult friendship can be - the ups and downs and odd things that can happen; the third section is about the value of real friendship and what it means. As Brian Moses says in the introduction, he wanted the sequence of the poems to 'show that life can and will get better if you are bullied.' In this, he and the other poets included have succeeded. Excellent for schools, and the various web sites and information sources listed in the back will be of use too.
