Cat is 'fed up'. She would rather be a dog and play in the park, howl at the moon or chase robbers. But her little girl points out that dogs are sometimes stupid, and that cats are the ones with exciting lives. They can catch mice and see in the dark, climb trees and prowl like tigers.
