This clever little board book for the very young will appeal to youngsters just beginning the process of toilet training. In rhyming couplets we meet the Superhero, dressed in proper superhero gear, and learn that she is 'trying something new'. Her friendly pet cat supports her through the process, including encouraging her to use her potty. This she finds boring to do in the beginning, and would far rather be playing. But after an 'accident' she realizes that she needs to learn some patience. The American term 'pants' will be understandable if a little unusual to the British child, but may well make the story just that bit more interesting. Jolly and fun.
