Sam has spina bifida, but it doesn't stop her from living a full life, even participating in wheelchair racing with a very special three-wheeler. We see her at home using lots of special equipment and out and about with her friend Hannah. The photographs, while staged, are interesting and helpful, and the fact that Sam and her family are real people adds to the positive ethos.
